National Law Institute University
Rajiv Gandhi National Cyber Law Center, a Centre of
Excellence in Cyber Law (established by Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, New
Delhi at NLIU, Bhopal) launches One Year Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law in
order to deal with new and critical issues relating to various legal
aspects of cyberspace through regular education mode.

Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law
Objectives of the Course:
- Fundamentals of Cyber Law
- To familiarize students with the dynamics of Cyber Law with a focus on
new forms of cyber crime,
- To establish a basic knowledge on the technical side of Cyber Law,
- To give an update of recent Cyber Laws developments and case law,
- To engage with today’s Cyber Laws reality and debates,
- To provide tools for further study of Cyber Law
Medium of Instruction: Medium of instruction shall be English.
Admission Procedure: Students will be admitted to this programme based
on the merit prepared on the basis of marks obtained in 10th, 12th and graduate
level and personal interview.

University or a

Student Intake: Approximately 60 students may seek admission in the
P.G. Diploma in Cyber Law.
Seats Distribution: All Reservations for various categories as per the
rules of the NLIU apply. In case application of some other reservation has to be
brought in force and likewise seats have to be adjusted, it may then be
Duration: P.G. Diploma in Cyber Law (Regular) is spreader over two
semesters. Each semester will have three courses.
